Our simple 3-step process:

  • After purchasing your application review package, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and invoice.

  • Once you are ready for us to review, REPLY to your order confirmation with a copy of your application (reply to: canadian.premed@outlook.com).

  • Once we've matched your file to a consultant, you will receive your revised application with in-depth narrative feedback within a maximum of 5 - 7 business days.

 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

  • Every year, we keep a running list of all MD application deadlines across Canada. Rest assured that we are aware of your school's applicable deadline and will ensure your files are returned to you with enough time to make any necessary changes before submitting.

    Post-consultant-assignment, we quote a maximum file return time of 5 - 7 business days. However, during peak seasons (e.g., September), we work around the clock to return your files to you as early as possible.

    If you have multiple revisions, we will pay special attention to your file, ensuring that we do everything in our power to fulfill your order in time.

  • Our editing service intervals are hard cutoffs. You may still submit a document that is longer than what you have ordered, but we only edit up to the end of the page/word count specified in your order.

    If you wish to add additional pages and/or word count after your order has been placed, please REPLY to your e-mail order confirmation indicating the additional word count and/or page count you will require and a customer service representative will be in touch.

  • We include our recommended number of revisions as well as live feedback & consultation time in the product description. These recommendations are based on the years of previous students we’ve worked with.

    Many students end up purchasing an additional revisions and/or live feedback & consultation time after receiving their first round of revisions. When you bundle your order up front, not only do you save time, but we’ll let you in on a little secret, it’s also cheaper!

  • Many students come up with new ideas after reading their revisions and/or have questions about the revisions they receive. Meeting with your consultant allows you to bounce these ideas off an informed, neutral party and also ask any questions you may have.

  • If you have purchased consultation hours, you can meet one-on-one with an advisor before or after each revision. Simply let us know how you would like to divide the time in your initial e-mail (step 2 above). If you do not indicate a preference, we will assume you want to meet after the revisions have occurred.

    Before editing: Brainstorm ideas to tackle the essay prompts for the school you are applying to.

    After editing: Discuss the edits/feedback and further refine your ideas in preparation for your next draft.

    *Please note that each session must be a minimum of 30-minutes.

  • If you are stuck between the two options, our general recommendation is to go for the application strategy session.

  • Great question! When you bundle your revisions upfront, this helps save us administrative costs. Those cost savings are passed on directly to you. The discount is applied to the total cost of the services, assuming they were purchased in separate orders.

    For example:

    MD/PhD Review (Personal Statement 300 - 500 words, CV 3 - 9 pages, 3 revisions)

    • Price if 3 revisions are purchased separately: $258.00 × 3 = $774.00

    • 20% off bundle discount: - $154.80

    • Bundled Price of 3 revisions: $774.00 - $154.80 = $619.20

  • I'm glad you asked! This year, we will be conducting a seasonal structured discount* as follows:

    15% off in July

    This structured discount is an additional promotion to help encourage you to book your order before peak season. Having your order prior to August/September (our 2 busiest months) helps us plan for the year which saves us administrative costs. As per usual, those savings are passed on to you!
