Our simple 3-step process:

  1. After purchasing your application review package, you will receive an E-MAIL CONFIRMATION & INVOICE.

  2. Please REPLY to the confirmation e-mail indicating:

    1. How you would like to spend your purchased hours (e.g., 3 hours total: 2 hour interview, 1 hour feedback).

    2. The school(s) you are interviewing at and their respective format(s) (e.g., Calgary: 10 minute stations x 7 stations, [8 mins interview/2 mins transition])

    3. Any other requests and/or information you would like us to know.

  3. We will find your personalized consultant match within 1-3 business days. Once matched, you may plan a mutually convent time to conduct your interview with your consultant. Please allow at least 7 - 10 business days to schedule your practice interview.

*Please note that your first session will include a brief 5-10 minute orientation period as we use special zoom applications to re-create the authentic interview experience. During this time you are free to discuss any specific requests you have regarding the interview process.
