McMaster University (Inventor of the MMI)

  • McMaster’s official practice questions can be found in the “Manual for Interviewers MD Program” guide that is publicly available online.

  • We definitely recommend reading the entire document, but if you’re short on time, the practice questions are on pages 8 - 14.

University of Calgary

  • The University of Saskatchewan generously released 10 practice MMI question samples on their website

  • You can download them here.

McGill University

  • The McGill University has also generously released 10 practice MMI question samples on their website; however they’re the same as the ones Saskatchewan released
